Hi need some advice for post ITA process. The confusion starts here.
While completing the EE profile did not show any work experience for my wife as it would not have earned us any points since it was out of Canada experience. So now while filling the PR form in the ACTIVITIES section what do I mention she has been doing in the last 10 years? If I enter her employment details would that not be a conflict to what had been declared earlier? Or is it that I enter her employment records here and explain the same in LOE?
Any inputs from the experts would be helpful.
TIA

You are mixing two things here. Not showing/showing work experience is purely for the purpose of claiming points, you can show her employement details in personal history and say she has been working. It is just that if you dont show under work details under work history you avoid unnecesaary documentation. You dont need to hide she has been working so there is no question of conflict.

Hi... While creating my CIC account I am unable to add my Child (5 year old) details as a dependent. I have mentioned 3 dependents in my details form. However, I am only getting the option to update/add my spouse's details only.

I am worried, because while filling in the eligibility tool (the first step before creating the CIC profile) I had mentioned 2 dependents - by mistake,it had to be 3 including myself.

What am I to do now... should I create a new profile altogether....or is there a way to make edits in the current profile?

That's the way it is for everyone.

Hey guys,

I am inland EE spouse of main applicant (canadian experience class)
I am going to go for important trip out of Canada for 5 weeks.
I am afraid very much that I will receive request for additional docs and my husband will not be able to provide it without me.
I have two questions:
1. what will happen if docs requested but submitted in 35-40 days instead of 30? application refused?
2. what will happen if passports will be requested and not send within 30 days?

thank you

Hello, @mr.preetsingh and other expert members .. need some help here regarding No Objection Certificate (NOC).
I'm working in govt. dept. In case my visa officer demands NOC (that my dept. has refused(orally) to provide), what should be the wording of LOE that I will give in that case. Please advise. Thanks.

"My employer XYZ has denied to provide a NOC however I have provided my Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Slips and Income Tax documents to fulfill my PR requirements. I assure you that I do not have any bond signed with my employer and I am free to leave India anytime"

This should be ideal, do take advice from others.

Hello, can anyone answer this please? Thank you so much

Is anyone familiar with NBPNP? Can I register and attend for their information session/job fair eventhough my occupation is not listed in their in demand occupation list? Will my application also be considered as second priority as long as i have attended the information session in the last 2 years?

Thanks a lot for replying like everytime.. But I do have a surety bond as per which I have to give 3 month's notice or amount equivalent and it is written in offer letter itself. Will it be ok if I describe all this in LOE instead of saying that I do not have any bond signed with my employer? Please advise.Thanks.

HI All!!
I need some help; I am considering to apply for Canada PR.
Currently, I am working in Hospitality (Restaurant /Catering) field as a Manager / Chef in the USA on H1B visa. I am an Indian Citizen, I have 20 years of experience in the same area, and I have 60k USD with me. One of my friends have Canadian PR he is working in the same field in Ontario; he is ready to start a small business with me around there. Also, I know few more people in Canada as a friend (no relative).
What is the best and proper way to apply for Canada PR in my situation?
Your advice will be appreciated
Thanks a lot In Advance

Thanks Hope2018....can anyone else also reconfirm? Though I am convinced with this response from hope2018 but still want to be doubly sure.

Your friend can not help you. He can only invite you on a work permit, which will be for a couple of years. For a PR, you will have to go through Express Entry program.

You can check your eligibility through following tool:

I think I answered your question previously, Now you are asking it again and again.

My Previous answer was:
First try applying without NOC letter and do not mention anything about it in your LOE. Just go ahead with your application. In case your VISA officer will ask for an NOC letter, then you can upload the LOE.
