What do you mean by this? Have you been issued CSQ by Quebec? I guess what he/ she means is she just applied to have a CSQ at Quebec midi and havent got the CSQ yet. For Khan188- its just normal, others applied 2013 but haven’t got the CSQ yet!!

You are right.
Just for the info, all paper applicant took some time to get an answer for the CSQ. It took me years also I applied on Jul 2011 and I got my CSQ on June 2015.

All,

I got my Passports today and Landing timelines docs....So PR timelines were

- Applied Dec 2016
- Medical Apr 2017
- PR fee June 2016
- Passport request Apr 2018
- Passports back Apr 2018 ( 7 days)
- Need to land in Montreal Jan 2019

I noticed your Passport request came 1 year after your Medical and given that you are supposed to land on or before 1st anniversary of your Medical, did you then do another Medical Tests or what?

IRCC received my application Novermber 23 2016
Medicals were received May 4 2017
I guess PPR and visas are within a month from now.

I have no idea when they started BG, ecas statuus changed to "WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR BG CHECK" yesterday, by the time I received the DM update.

I don't think the normal processing times have increased because my file was missing a paper and I submitted it by February 24th 2017.
My medicals were received May 4th 2017
RPRF paid on July 4th 2017

I hope this gives you an idea.

I applied for the federal since Jan 2016 AOR was on Feb 2016 and processing was in March 2016
I got the pre-arrival letter Nov 2017 and request to update the file on Dec 2017 then no other news from them.
I am still waiting for the Medicals, then the PPR.
I have some friends from the Forum with the similar case/ Abu Dhabi Visa Office
