my spouse is above 19 years of age .
But in RPRF letter it states Pay the Right to of Permanent Residence fee FOR YOU
What does that mean ? confused as I am PA and my spouse is dependent

You need pay RPRF for you and your spouse..Children's under the age of 19 are excluded..Hope this help...

Yes, Medical are passed.. Struck in IP2 from 27th Feb.

So you are express entry applicant and not paper based.

Go directly with ppr letter, original passports as well as 1 photocopy , money 6000 per head. for courier facility you have to deposit Rs. 4000 per head more.

I am outland applicant.. I created accont long ago i got nominatin Nov 2016. Sent to CIC for PR April 6 2017. AOR recd 22 June 2017. but i didnt receive a file trasnfer AOR which you all are receiving...nothing after that.
