Currency is not really a good indicator, because if we go with that logic then Afghanistan is better than Japan too.
Afghani currency is higher than rupee because they banned the usage of Pakistani rupee in Afghanistan.

I'm losing my mind there isn't any traction for the June applicants not even bgc has started.... ... Work and hobbies aren't cutting it anymore and I'm getting really frustrated .... Aaaahhhh... Ok that felt nice.... I'll lurk in the shadows again and vent out in another 4 months of lvo has its way

they have recently updated many peoples ECAs with a similar message. its normal as far as i know because i have had that message from nov when they asked for schedule A, i think for some people they only updated this message now.

Mine also updated with same messahe on apr 19, 2018. docs were asked on Sept 14, 2017 but ecas updated on apr 19, 2018

i think your application date is wrong on the spreadsheet, did you send your app in Feb 2017 or May 2017?
