Thats Scary as my work permit is going to expire in couple of months?

if you can suggest that should i apply via express entry? as express entry processing time is only 6 months

4. Medical Result Received

After adding my wife and child there was no update. I called them many times they told me that my file is in queue for a review by Visa Officer. Medical and Criminality is in process.
Yesterday my status on ECAS changed from In Process to Application Received. Does anyone know what that means?

Proof of medical exam
Digital photo
PNP certificate copy

No, its open work permit. So you have to select appropriate options when creating application.
