Hey can u help me to understand you mean to say that like there is decision made under sponsor, i have to wait until principal applicant status also changed to decision made?
Yes, and that could take another upto 10 to 12 months depending on ur case.

You need to see Decision Made under Permanent Residence Application Status. Sponsorship Application Status means that you have passed the eligibility as a sponsor and the file is transferred to London Visa Office.
If i login with my principal applicant credential it only shows two columns

1. Applicant thats showing
2. Permanent Residence Application Status that is showing "Application Received"

there is no further detail my medical is done and all the additional information required also submitted to ICC. What will be the next status?

Where it will show decision made ?

Once the file is transferred to London visa office that's usually when ecas updates the medical and that line will be added. Decision made will also be shown on ecas.

Not much to do at this point. Just relax, deep breathing for 5 minutes every day. Focus on ur job/hobby whatever u do. Show up on these forums once in awhile to say Hi etc

Thank you for clarifying this to me. Based on your experience can you tell me that is my file moved to London visa office or still it is in the canada with CIC officer ?

Thanks

If your sponsor provided an email address on the application then he/she will receive an email saying that the file has been transferred to LVO. I'm sponsor and I received an email last Friday that my file has been transferred.

I'm a silent reader and a June 2017 applicant.

I'm losing my mind there isn't any traction for the June applicants not even bgc has started.... ... Work and hobbies aren't cutting it anymore and I'm getting really frustrated .... Aaaahhhh... Ok that felt nice.... I'll lurk in the shadows again and vent out in another 4 months of lvo has its way :(

Yes, the Feds do consult with provinces as the immigration is shared responsibility but the IRC is under Feds and they have the final say. I would be surprised if they halt processing on existing cases for 2 to 3 months. Where is this news of 'just chil' coming from?
Reliable source my friend. It won't be a complete halt as they might randomnly pick & choose but yeah the pace it was at prior to May'17 applicants it won't be it till june. Look at the spreadsheet people are banging thier heads. Us din KhanCanada ne apna sar phar liya o_O
