Quick question. When Visa office request document, do you guys reply email with document(this is the instruction in their email) or upload on CIC website? or both?

We just email and ask them to upload

We never got to understand how online upload works as it asks for expiry dates and other weird stuff

Bro this process is so random and cic is after some people only. Some gets PR within a year some are waiting since 2011. Even my mothers file got transferred to Ottawa in Feb 2017 but now suddenly they asked for Option C print outs for the last 4 years to reassess my sponsorship again... like what the hell if it is already approved for a year now why you ask again and even if you wanna check incomes for these few years sure i'll send you but atleast go ahead start processing PR in ottawa why sending back application to Mississauga again. So frustrated on this freaking stupid immigration scam.

I feel for you buddy. It is definitely frustrating when you have no clue why there is a delay with just few files. But, keeping fingers crossed to get some update in next few months.

With regards to PR application - my parents appeared for the Medical exam.

My Dad has had a medical procedure (stent in heart - had a heart attack) - in Canada while he was on Visitor visa (he was insured). Of course, we have shared this with the doctor who then requested the below two:

1. a blood test,
2. a visit to a heart specialist

Will appreciate your help on:
1. Should this be concerning?
2. What are the typical conditions under which one should be concerned
3. Any To Do's or Don't will be helpful.

Hi all. In one of the docs ((IMM 5669 question 4k) there is a question about serious illnesses. My father had a heart attack several years ago. Thank God everything ok, but in the medical history it is written, the medicine constantly takes. Should I mention this in the questionnaire?

no don't worry, a lot of people have the same, just mention that during medical exam.
I just wrote dad's stroke since he cant speak after

You need to go to the police department here and get the finger print form.. then send it to india.. have it complete with the help of the police agency in india.. You can check or search in the web how to complete this PCC.

I know some people might get the second medical exam request due to the last one is expired. Does anyone have to submit the second police certificates due to expiration date?
