Not necessarily, but some styles are different. Some may not enter information on ecas because it is not a requirement.

I m September applicant. Took the test on Jan 15. DM jan 19. I think I am among some unlucky ones from September who hasn't got an invite yet. Pisses me off. My PR has expired and I am locked here for I dont know how long

so you did get your oath invite today.. that's really good to know. hope i am getting closer.
