Good morning,
I sent an inland application to sponsor my husband in November 2017, unfortunately my husband is a failed refugee claimant and in February we found out his PRRA was denied. He was ordered to leave the country , which he did this past Monday April 16th.
My question is , from what I understand I believe I need to withdraw my inland application and submit an Outland. Is this correct, and is that the only way we can proceed.
Thank you for any information you can provide I just want to triple check before I withdraw it
I've been so frustrated with trying to call IRCC, I've called several times this week and I've never been able to get through. The one time I finally got on queue, they hung up on me after waiting for 20 minutes. is there any other number we can call?

My wife got her OWP yesterday. On the back of the OWP, there's a toll free number 888-242-2100. Have you tried that number? If it's the same number, sorry that's the only number I found in google and shown on my wife's work visa. Also try the web form. I've used web form before and they usually respond back within 2 days.

Yes I've been calling the same number as the one you've posted -- thank you though.
I just sent the web form since it is already beyond the 4-month processing time, hopefully I get a response soonest.

if you could not link owp app to your online account forever, you should re-send the app to vegreville. otherwise, you will never receive the OWP approval. that is my experience. if you are still with legal temporary resident status, re-send the application to vegreville to secure your status. to call CIC is just a waste of time. your application is probably missing somewhere in mississauga.

You're not alone. There seems to be a few of us from the 11/12th December 2017 who are still waiting for their OWPs.
The best time to call them is first thing in the morning. If you ring just before 8am (say around 7.45am), you'll join the queue before the lines get busy. I think I waited 15mins to get through to somebody.

They already explained how they did it. My wife and I were discussing that we might stop by at a major airport as they have immigration office there and might remove restriction from there instead of having to drive all the way to the border.
I wanted to know which Alberta-Montana border they went to and because a senior member told me to flagpole. So, I wasn't sure how they really did it. Let us know how that works out for you.
We are 12 months into our application process, no issues so far (touch wood) We just received a notice this morning that the "Eligibility Passed" for our INLAND spousal sponsorship application. Does anyone know what is next? What this means? or is anyone at the same stage?
Any information would be great!

Thanks for the input. Do you have the exact address of Vegreville? Also, should we resend the same application with the same signature date?
Would it help to add a cover letter with the application?
