My husband had pretty similar interview, she asked no questions and said its just a formality.. I was with my husband sitting outside but they didn’t call me anyways congratulations.. My interview was on 12 April 2018, received pre arrival on 14 April 2018 .. still eagerly waiting for DM

Have they started your background check yet? What does it say against background check in mycic? Also, in mycic, against the interview, does it say "interview completed"?

I got the interview and re-med letter on the same date.
My background check hasn't started yet.

Against interview it says against interview “interview completed” everything else is still same, we are reviewing eligibility, bgc not started

yea like 2 others from October applied. so i was thinking i should apply now, by the time their reply comes it will be mid May so i will know what their notes are by then. by mid May it will have been 4 months since my file was sent to LVO. Tomorrow it will be 3 months since they sent it to LVO and its been silent since then

October applicant? My file moved to lvo in october. got my ppr last week ans got my visa esterday alhamdulillah. I dont think GCM notes will help.

Guys , I am going crazy .

I emailed LVO 3 times in the past 2 months and every time I got the same response that my file is assigned to a case analyst for full review .

I am 26th May 2017 applicant . Almost 11 months have passed and the last correspondence we received was on 26th July .

Is anyone else here got the same timeline as mine ?

Does anyone know who is a case analyst ?

I am aug 25th application and file was moved to LVO on 27th Oct and still I dont see anything (background not started, eligibility still under review) so I think they dont consider the file move to LVO date.. CIC says we will complete your process in or before 12 months from the date of initial submission date.

Yep. Got my ppr on 13th april and visa on 19th april.

Today my ECAS has been updated with this info:
We sent (my wife) correspondence on September 14, 2017. If (my wife) has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have her do so as soon as possible. Please wait until (my wife) receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Now I remember receiving the letter from Immigration Canada on Sept 14th, 2017 asking Additional documents, Signing of NN / Wedding pics both Husband & Wife.
NN - English Translation

I have uploaded in GCKEY all the required PICS whatever I can and as much as I can and English translation of NN very next day i.e. Sept 15th, 2017
Deadline to provide the required docs / pics was Oct 14th, 2017.
Now I am shocked, surprised to see their comments in ECAS that after "More than 7 months" IRCC still looking for those docs??
though deadline was Oct 14th, 2017, and i have uploaded the docs via GCKEY and it was confirmed in GCKey as well with the comments :" Replacement Provided"

Now how come all of a sudden IRCC started looking for the same docs again? after more than 7 months on Apr 20th, 2018?
Also at the same time IRCC asking her to wait until she receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I don't get it? IRCC asking her to do ASAP? and then asking her to wait for Additional Documents as it will outline all information that is required?
I have not received any email notification. As per my habit i just logged into ECAS. Nothing new in GCKey sam
