I am a June 26, 2017 applicant. No updates after file transferred to LVO Sep 12, 2017. One thing I know for sure is that no ones working on our applications! its just sitting there doing NOTHING!

Our remedical was performed on 12 april 2018. But status has not been updated yet. It still says we have requested a medical exam. Has anyone recently done remed? And how long it took lvo to update it?

yea thats the form.. so where you are filling in the Sponsor info? Option 1? Designated Representative's Information?
what about "Related Individual's Information"?

yes sponsor info on option 1

related individual would be whoever else is part of the Application process (for example if there were kids being sponsored with the applicant also)

So..I received call for interview for my wife last week, along with request for remedical, police certificate and all updated forms.

They didnt ask for me specifically but I am going there to support my wife.

My wife did respond to them that she is confirming for interview (since they asked her to) but didnt tell that I am joining, just because they did not ask.

Do you think I need to tell me that I am joining as well? The letter said if I am in Pakistan I SHOULD join but no requirement.

What were the question asked and was it ur first marriage case

I did re medical on 28th and got request ro to pay rprf on 15th day after it now hoping for ppr after submitting it on 16th day

Masha Allah Many congrats!.. Formality? first to hold off the Immigration Visa then call the PA for an interview and u had to fly? may be they wanted to see you ..
they didn't asks your wife's passport on spot? some applicants got the visa on spot?

The reason was my first divorce and since it was with a Canadian citizen (and I was a
Canadian too he was concerned that I followed all procedures before getting remarried.

I did ask for the visa on spot but he said he can’t do so since he is British Citizen...and Not a Canadian himself which I find weird but anyways he said do remedical as they are expired and passport request will be issued shortly.

Just an update went to interview with my wife yesterday to Islamabad and the interviewer took 10 mins and said he has approved the case. He did not asked any questions but said that this was a formality, some formality that has cost me tickets from Canada, eh

Anyways, today we have received pre-arrival email and DM.

My husband had pretty similar interview, she asked no questions and said its just a formality.. I was with my husband sitting outside but they didn’t call me anyways congratulations.. My interview was on 12 April 2018, received pre arrival on 14 April 2018 .. still eagerly waiting for DM

Hi,

Re- Medical updated and passed today on 19 april 2018.
In the morning under messages - status was “updated” ( and medical status was updated as passed) after few hours it reads “submitted”.

I hope we get ppr soon.
