Almost 16 months after AOR
this is ridiculous.. they should't call it express entry, it's a slow entry

If the delay is from IRCC's side, they would mostly give an extension or ask for fresh medicals.

I can't see a scenario in which they delay will be from an applicant

There have been cases where applicant got married while the application was being processed and they had to add their spouse and if as per ADR, documents are not submitted within the stipulated time, then it is a delay from the applicant's side.

Thanks. They used my medical which i submitted on in Nov 2016. They did not ask for a fresh one
