I have a question about applying either outland or inland. If my husband applies outland, can he still apply for a work permit while the application is in progress? He has a TRV now.

Hey guys, question about Generic Application form. I've searched a couple threads on this and never seem to see consistent answers, but doesn't warrant a thread of it's own.
For the nickname/alias question, does that include alias's on forms such as this? As in, would I have to disclose to CIC on my spousal sponsorship form about my forum name Arctic Circle? And likewise for any of my husband's online monikers? I've seen answers saying yes, disclose all online monikers, and others saying it's only important pertaining to legal documents, alias's for careers etc. The last thing I want to do is unintentionally commit misrepresentation by not putting some of my forum names on there, so figured I'd double check!
No, you don't need to include forum names like this one. They are looking for actual other names a person might have used, i.e. a nickname, a pen name, an informal last name.

One more question, if the job offer is LMIA exempted, can he come and visit me, then apply for work permit in Canada, with his outland PR application sponsored by me?

Hi, this was likely asked before by someone so I apologize in advance but can anyone confirm if my fiancee can come to Canada as a tourist while awaiting our sponsorship application to be processed? (application would be made in Canadian embassy in Europe). I'm a Canadian citizen, she's in Europe (EU country with no visa requirement)
I imagine that is allowed, just wondering if it might not jeopardize her application in any way? just trying to minimize the time we spend apart

Hi there! I'm a recent member of this forum. I found this by researching on what to do for spousal visa application. Right now I'm filling and gathering documents for our application but I have a question regarding the education and work history. Do I have to submit every certification / diploma I received for each information I wrote? Thank you so much!
