I got my AOR on Feb. 20th...called CIC today to find out that my file is still in Sydney!!!! Is this normal?

I believe once you get AOR, your case goes under processing. Also, I think if an officer opens your file and updates your case after AOR, you will see “In Process”. So, as long as you get AOR you’re under process!

My file didn't go in process yet!!! and when I called today I have been told that it is still in Sydney ...
It looks like unless it shows "In process" the file is untouched

This is the address you have to use when CPC Sydney requests any additional documents from you. If they didn't specify a particular address during their correspondence with you then yes this is the address you'll send your documents to.
