Please don't be confused, man. I am aware that some have opted for NO while others like me have selected YES for the Q #9C. Do you know why IRCC accepts either option? Coz they have messed up and didn't frame that question properly. So, it's up to you.. Just select an option and go with it. I don't think you would get into trouble for either of your answers. However my suggestion for you is to include a cover letter and explain clearly why you've opted for that specific option. In your case, you can mention that you spoke with IRCC support and acted on their advice (include the agent name if you remember, the date and time of the call, etc). Easy peasy!
Hi,
Our application for a family of 4 was returned to us yesterday but it was dated 10 Feb. The reason is that we did not submit 2 identification documents for the 2 kids. I wonder what to submit?
Do we need to reprint new application with new presence calculator dates all over again?
We submitted their PR's (with photo) and have nothing else with phot....appreciate your comments
Hi Lindsy,
i m in same situation.. May I know what kind of 2 identifications you have submitted ? did you send fresh application or you resent the same application along with 2 identifications ? pls advise

You can submit any of the following:
Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
Examples include:
school record
health insurance card
If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.
For a child under school age, identification such as:
a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
a hospital or immunization record, may be provided
You can send the same old application provided that your kids meet the physical presence as of the original application submission date. If it's just the additional ID documents that IRCC has requested, then include 2 or 3 ids and send it back!

How does the FP request correspondence look like? If somebody gets a FP request, what does the correspondence state in ECAS?
My ECAS has below mentioned update. I am not sure what it means?
"We sent you correspondence on April 12, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."
I will appreciate all informative insights on this matter.

Please also explain How does the FP request work? What would I have to do?
Will I get the correspondence in E-mail or Mail? I got AOR through e-mail as it is the preferred method for communication selected by me during the application.
