Just wondering if someone else has requested the CSQ in March? I requested on March 10th and still waiting for it. The deadline was supposed to be 25 days... starting to get a bit worried

Did you receive accusé de réception? I think you need to call them

I submitted application for CSQ Febr 13.
Febr 22 was confirmation letter, and I guess they count 25 days from that date, after one week was confirmation from bank about payment,
March 14 I received CSQ

My partner is in the military and maybe he won't be in Canada when that happens.

it's not uncommon. sometimes they rush through an application and issue a DM right away.

I am still waiting too, Dec 12. I checked my application status today through CIC phone self service and it was said that they are processing applications received Nov 17. However, I saw people receiving OWP who applied in Dec and Jan. I think we are somehow unlucky and they are processing some applications with a delay. I believe ours should come within a week or two.

The CIC agents say different information versus the ones who says gets theirs here. They always told me that SOWP uses the Work Permit (New Employer) processing time that is why they told you they are still processing Nov 17. Kinda strange. But so far, someone posted that a Vegreville applicant with AOR of Jan 18 got his/her OWP this week. That is encouraging.

I got an email from cic to submit Police certificate from my home country which is Nigeria. Just wondering if anyone who can give me an idea on how to get this done.

I did obain a police certificate back in 2015 which I used for my first and also wondering can I still submit same one or will I have to go through the heck to get a new one.

chances are, the one you got in 2015 has expired. was there an expiry date on it? have you left Canada since submitting that certificate?

I will have to check again but the last time I did check don’t remember seeing any expiring date. I haven’t left since 2016 I came to Canada.
