I would recommend to call them, It is easier and fast unless you have a preference. They don't email normally in child's case and send physical mail. I called them yesterday and figured it out. going to send photo later today.

I also landed on 23rd Feb at Toronto Pearson Airport. I had got my photo clicked in Mid Jan 2018. Also i cannot link my application to cic account.
Should i call CIC? If yes, on what number ?

I did my landing procedure at Point Roberts - Boundary Bay Border Crossing, Delta, BC on February 26th, 2018.

My application just got approved an hour ago, i.e April 10th, 2018.

Guys landed on Feb 27th. When I logged into my cic it said the status was “update” but when I checked there were no real updates. And then the application status changed to “submitted”. Any body seen this before ?

same situation, you can see document status, it says your application is approved.

Hey!
I did my landing on Feb 10, 2018 at the Calgary airport. Till now haven’t heard anything and obviously couldn’t link my application. Called IRCC yesterday and the agent said they have a backlog in their production room and my card won’t be printed till April 30! Wondering how are they sending other cards whereas it is 59 day for me...
