Yes, except place of birth. State is truncated in COPR. So I entered place of birth as in passport - city, state tried upper and lower case both.
nyone who was not able to link the appl. but still successfully rcvd card?

There are many who would have got their PR cards without linking it with their application- it's no way dependent on that.

Does the status change to Approved right before the card goes into production? Or after it comes out of production?

You cannot rely. I have seen both cases in this forum.

Hello Carrie, hope your application with new photos will soon get approved. From information I have read it normally takes additional 30 days in case of new photos requested.

Meantime, sorry for asking irrelevant question, but what does the package for your husband’s PR card look like? Any indication on the mail that it is from IRCC? I have the same approval date with your husband, but strangely my PR card is still on the road (or lost somewhere). My location is in Nepean, Ottawa..

Thanks for answering my question. Re your question, it is a white envelope with the logo of Canada Government (the one we saw on the CIC website) on the left top corner. Hope this helps and you will get your card in no time. Best of luck!

They don't have any sort of notification regarding my new photo.

landed on Feb 24, called cic today, the agent was so nice and checked my photo was accepted.

I also landed on 23rd Feb at Toronto Pearson Airport. I had got my photo clicked in Mid Jan 2018. Also i cannot link my application to cic account.
Should i call CIC? If yes, on what number ?

call them at 8 Am EST. you will talk to a human in 30 mins or so. Are you in Pune? I am in Pune too, I got photo request for my child wheras my wife's and mine are approved.

I landed on Feb 20th. Yesterday my wife's and my status got approved. That is when I called to inquire my son's status and got to know that his photo has been rejected. I did not receive any request email and the agent sent me a photo request over the phone.

I later double checked and his head measurement was little more than their prescribed measurement.
