I noticed the sheet has been updated but I have not received the sponsor approval yet, just the AOR saying that they have received my application.

Also, I tried linking my application to my gckey account but it keeps saying no application found. I tried with all different combinations using Application# and UCI and made sure all info was correct. Does it take sometime before you can link this?

No passport submissions yet, didn’t mention it either. I wish you were right but we are at the prearrival email stage since 9th March.

hi yes mycic is gckey. eligibility, medical passed, and additional documents sbumitted dates you wont know unless u were checking gckey everyday and noting when it changed

you mentioned that your wife submitted her passport, so she has received the passport request right? what was the date when the passport request was received and please let us know when she gets back the passport

Ofcourse you are near finish line, initial review happens near first two months, after that any review is full or final.
hopefully your case is near to end.

we can only make a guess about it,
as you still have a couple of months in expiry of your previous medical which is june 2018,
Now if they asked again about your medical, this mean they are going to finalize your case soon.
Do it as soon as possible so that they can issue PPR. They are waiting for your medical to make sure a clean person come in.

My last update was pre arrival on 29 dec 2017 since then no update even my medical expired on 24 march 2018.Totall processing time for my file is going to be 14 months. I have sent them inquiry around 2 weeks ago they told me that your file is going through BGC. Now my status is like
Application status file processing
Eligibility reviewing
Medical you do not need
Reviewing additional docs
Interview you do not need
Finger print you do not need
Background check in process
Final Decision file in processing
I need to know from you guys is my file going from normall process. Any idea how long i have to suffer.

So LVO conducting the BGC since May/June 2017 and its already 11 months? what the hell they are doing with BGC? and no one seems to be helping you and your husband... can't believe !

I don't know what they are doing but I do know that they are wasting our lives with each day!!! But do they realize that? Hell to the No!!

also is it smart to put all in 1 pdf file with 1st page being a letter and the next pages being the pictures of the new updated CNIC?

from what we have seen mostly pre-arrival services letter meant that your eligibility has passed and background check in process now. but in your case it shows still that your eligibility is in process and your BCG is in process too. have you ordered GCMS notes? they will help enlighten you on what they are doing or what the notes of the officer working on your case are

Insha Allah!! I recently visited my wife in Pakistan in March and stayed with her 4 weeks. Returned on Sun Apr 1st. 4 weeks passed so fast. I really wanted to extend my stay but i don't have enough vacations for this year. We both were very sad especially last few days bcoz we knew we going to separate again and not sure for how long. I can see tears in her eyes. At airport she couldn't control herself and cried out infront of me and her family.
This is 3rd time i went to Pakistan and left her alone there and came back.
I wish i could have bring her with me but LVO.....

I know it's so hard I went for two months and cried so much coming back all the people at the airport were talking about me lol but they don't understand how painful it is.

just to let everyone know i applied for FRC using the online Nadra website: http://id.nadra.gov.pk/family-registration-certificate/

their website is extremely glitchy and crashes a lot or logs you out in the middle of whatever you are doing. it took a lot of tries but once the application was successfully submitted, i got the FRC next day in email as a PDF file. you can pay by credit card. fees is 1,500 rs.

you will need to submit your photo on the website during the application process, you can get the photo taken at home by someone just make sure it matches specifications, needs white background 35mm x 45mm etc. very simple to do. you will not need to submit your wife's photo. you will need to submit photos of children if you have them and they are under 18.

i will submit the FRC voluntarily along with my other documents i am sending to advise them of my wifes name change and new passport.

EDIT: there are 2 types of FRC, 1 is with you and your spouse and your children. 2nd is with you, your siblings, and your parents. as far as IRCC is concerned they only want to see the 1st one with you, your spouse, and any children
