Hi there,
i got nominated thru PNP BC in non express entry paper based catagory.In the process of collecting my documents.Do we need to submit our past experience work certificates as i dont find it in the 5690E checklist.
Please advice

Getting worried now. CIC received my documents for NSNP based paper-based PR application on Feb 28, 2018. Since then waiting for updates.
Any help is truly appreciated as it is more than a month now and no AOR.

Hi,

Please provide me your valid feed back and experience ASAP,Please

My spouse has closed workpermit valid till March,2019
I have open workpermit valid till March,2019 and our PR is in process.I am the primary applicant and my husband is dependent.

We have a situation where my husband's project is getting closed by April,2018 and asked to go back to home country.

Here are our concerns, please address them ASAP

1.Can my husband stay in canada by quitting the current job and stay in canada applying for new work permit and find job.

2.What will happen to my open work permit in the above case.

3.Mean while if i get job in canada on my open workpermit can we stay in canada till we get PR.

4.Incase if we go back to home country,what will happen to our work permits and visa, can we re-enter canada before we get PR.

5.Lastly please expalin the possibilities of staying in canada legally.

Did medicals upfront on 9th march
Got Official MR on 19th march
Called clinic to combine both the forms so that CIC knows it's the same candidate on 20th March
Clinic uploaded my report on CIC website on 22nd march.
As of now my status still shows we have send u a medical request bla bla.
I m worried it's been a while but the status still hasn't changed to passed.

Unfortunately no updates yet. I m trying to call CIC thus whole week but no luck., m not able to get a hold of an agent .

Got the file number today! What next? Let's see if they consider our medicals done in Jan 2018.

I got this reply from LVO yesterday :

Your file is currently undergoing background checks at this stage. Please be advised that there are various checks that a file may need to undergo during the application process. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise when these checks will be completed. However, please rest assured we will contact you if/when further information is required.
