I am trying to applying a vistor's visa for my mother. While filling the imm5645e - family information form, need to fill family members information. I do not have the data of my mother's parents' date of birth. They (my grandparents) are deceased. My mother does not know their DOB. What do I fill in the DOB and address columns. Please assist.

You must put an * (asterisk) for each unknown date/month/year field.

Since i dont know, i tired adding asterisk in this format ( ****-**-** ).

The pdf threw an error saying date is required in YYYY-MM-DD. What is the exact format for this ?
