Hey man you can apply now for your application may take up to 6 months to process and then you will have up to 12 months (from your date of medical) to land in Canada. Check it out and decide...

My score is 451 and I did not get ITA still, I don’t know the reason behind it. Please let me know if you find it why they causing delay despite having sufficient CRS scores. Or what we need to do next,

I got my nomination through Nova Scotia experience. I lived and worked there for four years previously. No job offer needed in my case.

You're quoting the tie breaker rule. This is for applicants who had their CRS as 446. Anyone above 446 will get an ITA.

If you haven't received ITA in your profile, write an email to IRCC.

I did not get 50 points since I don't have a LMIA. (This is what my attorney said). But I did get 35 points under "Canadian Work Experience"

Job offer 50 points is only for LMIA jobs. If you are on work permit through Intra company transfer with no LMIA, no points for job offer.

That's incorrect. Applicants with LMIA exempt work permits that are employer specific (like those for ICT applicants) can qualify for those points.

Do companies really hire from the Job Bank? Just want to know what my options are and how to go about to secure extra points.

Are you a LMIS Exempt? or am I missing something? I am on a open WP with 13 month of full-time employment.

How about the "1 Year Job Offer after PR" clause, is that mandatory.My employer is willing to provide a letter stating i am working for them in Canada but not the 1 year thing. I am an Intra Company Transfer, closed Work Permit(expires April 2019), LMIA exempt category, working for the employer since Jan 2017. Adding 50 points would help me get an ITA.Appreciate if someone can share their experience?
