they generally take a month but sometimes reply comes faster than this. But, don't worry ur issue will sort out in coming days. good luck
 
My file has been cancelled by cic on 20th of march when their system was updating.... then my lawyer send them a enquiry form and emailed them but we dont get a reply from immigration till now ..... is anyone has faced the same problem .... can anyone tell me how can i reopen my cancelled file?

When u file an enquiry from MP nd do u get any reply? I am also suffering from the same problem
