Yes . Exclusion order is there but m still in prOcess of dealing with them. They hold my passport and their officer will contact me soon and he will decide I have to go or else he will defer the removal as because my inland file is in process and if he will give some time they have to contact cic so that cic give some response over file. It can be positive or n hati be don’t know yet . If cic gives me AIP I will be safe I guess .

Ok I see, I'm sure it will work out, from what I read here I don't think they throw many people out that has the PR app in progress and will stay any proceedings until CIC have finished processing. We applied August for my wife so just hoping we get AIP around summer time and be done by the end of summer, every day is a worry but a step closer...just wish they would hurry up with the med requests!

AOR and Schedule A is the only thing we have so far in terms of messages from them, not alot happens early on with inland it seems. MYCIC changed the Background Check to "we are processing etc" in January and the sponsorship application changed to in process on ecas but that's about it so far.

My original OWP was received Dec 21st, but was returned due to an error (altho I sent all the correct fees). My OWP was resubmitted as of Feb 19th. Ugh now we have to wait longer! I'm excited for those Dec applicants receiving their OWP tho!

I ticked off both as work permit and TVP as I didn't understand it at the time. I resubmitted with just the work permit box ticked. Does that mean we'll get OWP from Dec original date or from Feb resubmission date?

I think vegerville has processed dec applicants because a friend of mine applied 29 dec to vegerville for his owp got his today. February is not far you will get in a month .

I received an email for appointment for PR and in it, it states:

"In order to be admitted to the IRCC Montreal office, clients who have received a convocation letter must:

- Present their convocation letter AND;

- Provide all the original documents stated below."

What is a convocation letter? Has anyone received it? What does it look like?
