My application completed 6 months on January 31st and since then I have contacted London VO thrice and have got the same reply from DRD that your application is currently undergoing background verification checks. No further action is required from you. We will be in touch in due course.

SS means Security Screening? did you email them or did you order GCMS notes to see where you stands?

Yes SS means Security Screening. I ordered GCMS notes in August last year through which I knew that I was in SS.

I ordered CBSA notes 3 months ago, still didn't get it. Waiting for my notes to see latest updates

At the current rate, probably when we develop a colony on Mars.

Jokes aside though, I came across a couple of posts who mention their Oct. AOR application is being processed. Not sure which stage.

they are not done processing most of Sept AOR, at this rate Oct AOR will start in April

It may be security screening and can only be confirmed by GCMS Notes.
