So at least the draw happened today.
Waiting at 438. Don't want to spend money on ONIP which expires next week. Enrolled spouse for IELTS.

absolutely, it is fake..I am sure ircc does not publish a special weblink for these guys..

Sadly it's not fake, go directly to the CIC website and refresh it (you may need to clear your cache and history to load the most recent one). The results of the 85th draw are already published there.
