If you're moving from NS, housing in Ottawa will be definitely more expensive. But it's still a lot cheaper than Toronto, and cheaper than Montreal as well.

One of friend from Oakville applied 2 weeks after me and already got test invite for 15th Mar. CIC should have some serial mechanism of processing applications. It is one thing to have a problem and the application being delayed because of that. However, seeing that Mississauga and Brampton applications are at a grounding halt - It feels bad!
Well, having waiting for so long..hopefully it is for few more months!

nope... should I? i passed the exam (20/20) and the interview was super quick... so idk why it is taking so long ... everybody else got their status changed in a day or two...

No one can tell exact time, but wait 60 days after processing time start, or 90 days if there is fp request....if you call CIC the only answer you will get: WAIT
... everybody else got their status changed in a day or two...
