FP and RQ requests are sent by snail mail. Test and oath invite can be sent by email or snail mail. Best to have someone check your mailbox regularly.

I have submitted my application on December and received an invitation for test on march 20 but my online ECAS system is not updated to in process yet. Whenever I check it doesnt come up anything but an error. Is it normal??
