I’m going through same situation in my case it says “we sent you additional docs request on 24th Feb” but according to my lawyer he hasnt receieved any such request.

my lawyer said she receive an email regarding what to do after PR is given nothing else.

but i think my lawyer havn't receive any email that your file has been transfer to lov .

you are sooooo confusing me .. how can your lawyer get a prearrival letter/email, but not one for transfer to LVO?

do yourself a huge favour .. go to this website https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
select APPLICATION # as your ID TYPE
from whatever letters your lawyer has forwarded to you, find your application numbers and enter that here.
then, enter your last name, your date of birth, the country you were born in
click on the status, and there you will see what correspondence CIC or LVO has sent to your lawyer ..
wahan say patalagao kay ap kis stage pay ho ..

this is a very funny situation .. not in a good way, but in a bad way .. yes this can all get very confusing ..

ok, tell me something .. what 4 lines are showing on ur ecas online? is one of them saying we are processing ur file as of so and so date? if you have that, then thats a confirmation that someone has your file .. either CIC or LVO .. if its at CIC, consider yourself lucky that you don't have to endure this long silence from LVO ..

if you did get this prearrival letter, then just wait it out ..

i feel sorry for all of you who hire lawyers and still have to go through these nerve recking problems .. why are you paying them? Halwa Puri nashtay kay liya?
