I'm not able to login in to my application profile I keep getting the 502 bad gateway error in GC Key. I'm not trying to create false hope, but 'm thinking a possibility could be maintenance issues on their web servers. so maybe draw has taken place but delay in publication till they resolve the issue.

Are you in express entry pool with UIN and having CSR score? Even if yes then answer to your question is NO. As there is no draw for today

I dont know what UIN is.
Yes I have a CRS score of 465.
And I think I belong to Canadian Experience Class category. Thank you and I guess I'll wait for the next draw.

I just created a profile today, so if there is a draw today would I get the ITA today or do I have to wait til next draw

You will be considered irrespective of UIN. But if draw happens (which is looking improbable now) you will get invite if your profile was created before the draw time and if your score is more than cutoff. If your score is equal to cutoff, it is highly improbable as the cutoff time for minimum score candidates is always sometime in past.

I was having the same issue but I was able to access a minute ago. Still optimistic that draw will happen anytime now!

I experienced same but after 5 minute I was able to log in again.

Looks CIC does not want CRS to go below 440.

What a bad luck

Sitting on 442.

Missed the OINP bus since score was > 441
Missed the crs cutoff 442 bus since created new profile was after feb11th
Now missed the draw today
And am sure will miss the bus next draw because crs cutoff will definitely rise
..
May be I should be given gold of bad luck!!

Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Notification of Interest

Please be advised that the OINP has commenced issuing NOIs under the HCP stream. Following the issuance of NOIs, the OINP will post on its website a program update informing stakeholders of the methodology used to issue NOIs.

The results of yesterday’s round are as follows:

Number of invitations issued: 340
Date and time of portal search: January 19, 2018 at 3:00 EST
CRS score range: 440 to 446
Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to January 19, 2018






This might be the reason for no draw today as they know that the NOIs of these people (including me) will expire tomorrow and they just want to increase the number of people who will enter their land through OINP and pay $1500 (again including me).

UIN is Unique Identification Number and a unique number will be assigned to all individuals (yourself and dependents if any) in your application. You belong to CEC if you are working in Canada currently or have more than 1 year of work experience in Canada in the last 3 years with proper work authorization. With a score of 465, rest assured, it is highly probable you will get an invite whenever the draw happens next.
