thats super fast! i submitted in June 2017 and it's in process and i haven't got anything for SA result yet. starting to worry about it now.

yes. submitted application in second round lottery. my exact timelines are in the spreadsheet as well.

I saw some one mentioned one year of processing time. Actually I saw in my document, there is a one year deadline to give some sort of the answer to the application from the date of SA. My guess is some people would get approved, some will get requiring document or something. So we will see, my one year is in 3 months.

We have our PGP application in process. An officer has asked for a birth certificate from my wife which shows her mom's name on it (mom/dad are being sponsored). This is not possible from her country of birth as her birth certificate only shows father's name and never mother's name.

So, we wrote an explanation and showed her birth certificate with name of father and marriage certificate of father an mother.

1- Is this enough?
2- What is the link for PGP officer manual?

I think in this case, any name could be the mother. Probably you need some certified document from local notary public office?
