Probably they didn't get enough candidates this time around to maintain even 400+ level, so they delayed it

I believe we are in for a similar situation . This is February 7th all over again. I still believe we will have a draw today. Keep our hope alive.

I’m not willing to go for OINP either, its ending on March 23rd. CRS 440 and hopes are high for this draw and the upcoming ones.
