Someone else may have an email address. But if not, the number is below.

But if you put an email address in your application, then they will email you your AOR1 and you will get your numbers that way. Are you the sponsor or the applicant? How long ago did you submit your application?

Am the PA, I submitted application since December 13th, still waiting for AOR 1 , we called them to inquire what is act happing to our application, they said we should wait. And now there a change of work and address, which we need to send to them fast. The employer is even threatening to write cic that my husband who is the sponsor is not working for him anymore, I don't know how this will affect our application if he does. The sponsor has a new job now but the problem is how to send it to cic.

I don't remember again but the first one had an error (early March 2017), then was resubmitted end of March 2017.

What does "Review of additional documents: Not applicable" statement mean on GCkey? Thank you.

Am the PA, I submitted application since December 13th, still waiting for AOR 1 , we called them to inquire what is act happing to our application, they said we should wait. And now there a change of work and address, which we need to send to them fast. I am not sure what business it is of your husband's old boss that he has a new job. It won't change the application at all, if this is a family sponsorship application. But he should just call them back and explain that he needs to update the information and is not able to do it online without a UCI. If they can find him in the system, then they will be able to update it.

If you are not able to do it on the phone, he can send them mail:

IF the application is not yet in the system (though it should be by now), then they have no way to link the new information to the application package. Ideally, if you have to mail anything, you should wait until you have the UCI. This would be the same issue if you were able to find an email address for them.

There were some updates to the GCKey system a week or so in order to be more transparent. I don't think it means a lot, but here is a thread where people were discussing the decisions.

Medicals will expire October, I've gotten approval and visa issue date on gckey but no PUM till date.

When pre arrival services update arrived, we noticed that section changed to “Not Applicable”

Just hold on with the update until you get the AOR and numbers, same thing happened in my case and that was how i dealt with it
