Same as me,they told MP that my file is in process everything is ok with it!Not much help,same as the agents were saying to me!We have almost same timeline,this waiting is really hard even worst when they are delivering PPR for not even 12 months processing time applicant!Happy for them but worried about myself

Did the guys who are past their 18 month processing, experience any unusual delays in their Work Permit/ Study Permit/ Spousal work permit/ Visa delays prior ?

I did not have any delay
But I had a rejection in my file!
20% of the applicants get their PR, after the processing time!!!

I'm also August 2, 2016 applicant.
Talked to MP office twice. Called CIC several times. All say you have to wait, security is in progress. I've been in Canada for six years. Studied and now working.

This is something in the gray zone. Some people believe they work at night. Other believe, before leaving office, CIC officers setup correspondence in their system and those correspondence come to the applicants later in the evening.

I dont know, but PPRs are sent out at night recently. I guess there is a team sending out correspondents and maintain the IT system at night, or officers pre-set everything during the day.

You will have PPR soon,when did you get BGIP?
