I have no clue, and I haven’t received the AOR yet which is the first step...

AOR is NOT issued on a day by day basis. Please, look at the spreadsheet. Roughly they issue AOR to early Feb applications before they get to late Feb applications. The emphasis is on roughly.

Don't use the spreadsheet to compare yourself to individual applicants. Instead use the spreadsheet to get a larger picture. Don't look and see "Bob got AOR, but I didn't". Instead look and see "Most Feb applications, even those in early February have not heard anything from IRCC yet".
