Hi,

In my EE profile, can I round up 2 years 11 months and 10 days work experience to 3 years? i.e will I be awarded points for 3 years work experience?

No, you cannot.

NO,you should have completed three years or more than that.
but now you can mention 2 years in EE and update later to three years,i think

You cannot mention it as 3 years, even it is less by one day.

Before above 2 companies, I have experience of 3.5 yrs with my first company.

Since i already have 4 yrs of exp with last 2 companies to gain maximum, will it be good idea NOT to mention 1st company in work history just to avoid paper work?

Yes, you can mention only these two companies in your profile and post ITA, put the 1st company in the personal history section as you are not claiming any points.

One last query- I'm going to show gift deed from my father as POF...

Please let me know if i miss something:
- Statutory declaration cum affidavit on stamp paper by father for gift, mentioning cheque details.
- Bank account details of my saving account, current balance with last 6 months average
- Father's bank statement showing transfer of funds
- My bank statement showing transaction for receipt of funds
- Scan copy of cheque used

Buddy, today I had appointment at PSK for PCC... i had applied as married but their data shows as Single. I know PCC letter doesnt state marital status but what if IRCC get to know about marital status in passport data upon verification. Though, I hv mentioned as married in EE profile.

Should i apply for renewal of pasaport with spouse's name on passport? If so, what about my ielts result report since it has current passport name.

That won't be a problem. It is showing so because at the time you got your passport, you were single

Reference letter should be in the format IRCC has mentioned in thier website.Salary slips and bank statement should suffice. Form-16 is not mandatory.
