Urgent Question about medical exam

i just checked my CIC account,

Review of medical results status changed to "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details." Before that, the status was "we are reviewing your medical result", and it keeps for at least two (2) month.

But, i did up-front medical exam and submitted it at very beginning, which was on Dec 1st, 2016.

Is there anyone know what happened?

What does it say on your ecas? GCkey has been having glitches since an update that was done in the early morning. Some of us have blank medical status, but the same message that you got (but over the phone update), but we have done the medical.

there is a form i got on Nov 11, 2017. so on Nov 21, 2017, i submitted a webform to IRCC, i said i did upfront medical exam.

You should have taken another medical exam, why didn't you do that? Your first medical exam is from 2016 so it's now expired. The only mistake here is that you haven't taken the medical exam again, as you were requested on November 11th, 2017. I assume you're saying that day you got a request for a medical exam. And I guess you don't know medical exams expire after 12 months.

The only mistake here is that you haven't taken the medical exam again, as you were requested on November 11th, 2017. I assume you're saying that day you got a request for a medical exam. That's most likely exactly what it is. Probably OP thought medical exams don't expire so he wouldn't need to take another one even though he was requested for a new one.

If IRCC had asked you to do the medicals, ideally, you should have taken it. Going by the timelines,
You applied in Nov 2016 (as they received on Dec1, 2016). This means you'd have done your medicals latest by Nov 2016.
And when IRCC sent you the new medical request on Nov 27, 2017, it was already one year after your upfront medicals. Usually IRCC considers 1 year validity for medicals.so, they were indeed asking you to redo your medicals. But I see, now it has been more than 30 days since their communication, I'd request you to immediately call IRCC and get this rectified. get the new form and do the medicals.

They told me my medical exam is expired. so i had to do the medial exam again.
