Hi Guys, pls help! May status Background Check in progress but my my Medical was saying they did not received the result of my Medical result .. it that possible?

Posting on behalf of my friend (Dec 19, 2016) who is also waiting for his application to be finalized:

IRCC was suppose to update the online service today between 3:30 am to 5:30 am. BGIP could be just a glitch in the system as many applicants have received Background in Process all of sudden including those who haven't received any medical requests yet like Jan or Feb applicants.

Same here... even my Cic account showing about my medical ... what did the agent told you? Did they received your medical ?

told me they do have the medical exam results.
