I have applied to citizenship from Calgary
send the application on 13th of October 2017
received and signed on 16th of October 2017
and since then I haven't received email or any kind confirmation.
I called the immigration many time last January and they told me there is a high volume of app.
on the Feb 12 I called again and the agent took all my info and told me that he will email the Office in Sydney. then I call back last week and they said the Sydney Office responded to their email and confirm that they have received the app on October 16 and due to the high volume of app they will contact me when the open my app!!!!
please help!
from what I can see here most all the October's app already processed or at least contact them.
We had our citizenship test this morning at Scarborough office, everything went fine. We were so prepare that I think I finished in about a minute an a half lol better safe than sorry. As far as the interview, me and my wife were called together which was great cause my wife English is still being improved so I was able to pitch in and help her out during the interview.
One thing to note is the officer was telling all of us that we should expect our oath invite sometime during the summer which is still a few months ahead but oh well what do you do I'm still extremely happy that everything went smooth today

I am talking about my test invite lol... I WISH I was talking about my oath invite... Hopefully in the near future I will be talking about it... But I have to pass the test and satisfy the officer first on the 10th... Very nervous... I don't have any big problems like criminal records or deportation orders etc, but still nervous as hell...
