That's the problem. It doesn't show up on ECAS, from what I've seen on this forum.

Only sent by regular mail.

What does a “notice to appear” request like? Is this FP request or literally you wrte asked by citizenship official to appear to at their office? Sorry first time i’ve seen this kind of update.

Amusingly (or not), I just had an IRCC Call Centre lass tell me that the city of Medicine Hat is in Manitoba, hehe. Do IRCC's Call Centre representatives have to pass any kind of test/exam of this country's geography? The lack of knowledge about western Canada / The Prairies is truly astounding. How shall IRCC staff allocate rural westerners' files to the supposedly promised geographically-nearest IRCC regional itinerant office for the test/interview bit, if they don't have a map of the WHOLE of Canada pinned-up on the wall in their office? Wow. Just WOW. And our taxes are paying for this level of service. Shall we rural western folk start a GoFundMe page to buy IRCC a map?

IT is most likely a fingerprints request. Many are now going through this. Keep an eye on your mailbox. It comes by post. You need to submit the fingerprints. Take the document you get along with.

Confirmed as fingerprint request.
