Visitor Visa Processing Time From India - Online Application

Hello,
I have applied visitor visa application on 10th October 2017, for my brother in-law, sister in-law and nephew. It has been now 55 days, haven't got any final decision yet. CIC say it take only 26 days. I have posted few online queries/request but not reply yet. Anyone know, how long it does take time, for online visitor visa application for Delhi India?

Do any of the applicants work/have previously worked in defense services/police/government department or have they traveled to/lived in a high-risk country? If yes, it would explain why their applications are taking longer than standard processing times

Mine application took almost two months. Check processing time online. Do not email CIC for the status or delay. If delay then it good sign, rejection decision made quickly.

I have applied for simple visitor visa for my father (2nd time) on 2nd January and its still pending. 1st time, it was valid for 2 years. Showing in process online. No govt. job. What can I do?

Not remember exactly timeline, but it took almost 3 month to get final result.
