My husbdand is the sponsor and i am the principal applicant(wife). yes our kids are minors .they are 4 and 2 yrs old now

Is your husband was the biological father of your kids?

They also ask us to submit the kids birth certificates when infact we already submitted a copy of it. pls any suggestion how to respond on this. Thanks

In my case I am the principal applicant and my husband is my sponsor. But my dependent child is my son from my previous relationship thats why we needed the IMM5604 from my ex. I don't understand why they're asking you a declaration from non-accompanying parent when the kids will be accompanied by both parents, I would advice you to call CIC regarding this matter cause I can honestly say it might be a mistake. Anyone correct me if Im wrong

Well I am not really satisfied with our lawyer.
If we find out about this forum earlier I probably just do it by myself too. Well too late, hope everythings go well. I just really hope it worth it. Cause its really expensive.

We submitted our application last week of Sept 2017 unfortunately returned on november.. then submitted again November and then got a reply on january stating it was not process due to missing signature on one form and then submitted the corrected form on february 10 and got a reply again the following week asking for the birthcert of the kids and the imm5604 which i think is not needed anymore.
