do you think your consultant can use it to file a case against you? i'm just curious bcos I know a friend who wants to remove her consultant too but she was threatened that consultant will file a case against her bcos my friend signed an agreement and that she was not fully paid yet.

I paid for everything, so she can not do anything. She could if I hadn't paid, but is not my case

Medical request received march 31,2017
Passed medical on April 15th,2017

And now Feb 22,2018 status changed it says :

Review of medical results If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you

Background check Not applicable.
Final decison :Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made

Called cic yesterday they said my BG check will be starting very soon, I don’t know what do they mean by that
This complete process is so frustrating

I got medical request from cic on march 31st,2017 nd i didnt not do medical upfront

I'm BC applicant applied in oct 2016,
AOR on 10th Jan 2017
Rprf and additional documents in last of feb 2017
I did upfront in march 2017

And then my background check went in progress and still in progress. Last month I called cic asking about medicals which is under review from dec 19 and still under review.

Yesterday I called cic again and enquired about my background, the agent said

Eligibility passed
Criminality check still under review
Medical under review
Security not started

I don't know what's going on with my application and why criminality is still under process

Do any one have same situation.

upfront medical in last july.
