Hello po, confirm ko lang po kung ung bank certificate ng bdo nakalagay kung kelan po nagopen ng account. what if kung 3 mos lang po ung account ko at maglagay po ako ng atleast 1m. malalaman po ba ng VO un? salamat po sa magrereply

Good day everyone, gaano po kaya katagal mag release ng GIC ANG SCOTIA transferred from BPI? Nag transfer kasi ako sa BDO but unsuccessful siya so may nag suggest po thru BPI. How many days kaya?

Hi! I'm curious why unsuccessful ang wire transfer mo to Scotiabank from BDO?
My account is with BDO din kase. Pumunta ka ba sa BDO branch mo to let them do it for you?
If BDO can't then mukhang kelangan ko nga ng BPI account

For online application, at least 4 months.
For paper-based application, at least 6 months.

Peej! Kami. Kakaapprove Lang last week. We submitted Lang both our bank accounts and stock certificates. Ang ginawa namin computation similar to the one posted sa cic website. Tuition fee + 10,000 cad + 4,000 cad per person = show money

finally saw an old post which answers my question! thank you medyo nag aalangan ako if tatanggapin ang stock certificates ko. now, i feel confident. i'm showing bank statements + stock certificate + bdo certificate of participation (peso balanced funds) as my proof of funds.
i also have an investment-linked insurance which now has a value of around 5K CAD but unfortunately, wala akong maipakitang proof, chinicheck ko lang online.

Hi, I used my BDO account to wire transfer to Scotia Bank. Once you apply for GIC, they reply with your account number and detailed instructions as to how to fill out the telegraphic form.

Did you do it thru online banking with a peso account? Or do you have a dollar account? I actually already received the instructions from Scotiabank pero di ko pa ma figure out kung pano with BDO online banking. Or pumunta ka sa bank to give then instructions?
Teach me how please.

Hi, I used my BDO Dollar Account. I went to my branch and filled out the telegraphic form myself. The tellers there didn't know what to check also so I just filled out the form and copied the instructions from the Scotia Bank email. I haven't tried sending online but I think the teller needs to be the one to input the details in the system for you. If you have access to a local BDO branch, maybe you can have someone email the form to you to fill out and submit this to your bank? Or maybe you can ask the bank branch mismo so you can process the transfer? Initially, I had apprehension na baka may mali akong nasulat or part na hindi na-fill out. I was told that I'd be informed kung unsuccessful yung transfer but within the week, I got the email na from Scotia Bank. I have my copy of the telegraphic transfer form that I can share but it will take time because I have to type that out kasi copy lang (so medyo unreadable) plus I have to blur out my details.
