you should have received instructions in your PPR request, usually you have to submit passport at the VFS office, it will be mentioned in you ppr letter

Not mentioned any thing only they highlight

REPLACEMENT NEEDED DOCUMENT REQUIRED (Passport)
And in instruction they write to submit a valid copy of your travelling doccument along with front page having your name and country of issue and any pages with stamp or visa

I submitted to vfs isb myself and collected it also. Today i just uploaded it on gckey

Its all written in the Ppr email . Scan copy only for gckey account . I submitted my passport 2 pics and ppr letter to vfs global islamabad . They return ur stamped passport to u . Google vfs global canada

I mean u submitted original passport in vfs or copy of passport?

In gckey. Check status and messages . U might have a received a message there . Click and download that request letter
