I wish I could answer that question! But one thing is, we are not alone and all of our (who did upfront medical) files are showing the similar pattern (BG N/A in MyCIC, file still in Sydney, call center agent said BG in progress and nothing to worry about).

Yes, I believe so. My gut felling is, we are very close. It is just a matter of time. I really hope we will get it soon.
