Finally got PPR today . And also they requested for a new police clearance and fingerprint, I guess it is because the one submitted with the application have expired Nov 30th 2017.

Has anyone ever recieved PCC from the CID office in Accra? Did they only give you the certificate or it was issued with a finger print attached?
My wife was only issued a certificate without a finger print page although they took her finger print during the police application form process.
Is that ok and any advise? Thanks

Hi! I have had a couple of police report from the CID office in Accra but they never gave out any fingerprint page, even though they took my fingerprint.
I'm waiting to receive PPR soon and I will get to know if they will ask for it. My recent one I sent to them will expire by June 2018.

Sorry meant to say 2016 and not 2017, my bad. Yeah the police clearance and medicals are only valid for a year. After that they will request for a new one when they send you PPR

So essentially police report is 6 months.

I think is one year according to CIC.

Okay if you say so. But the recent one I sent to them will expire by June, that is 6months. I hope they don't request for police clearance again when they email me for PPR.
