This waiting is giving me so much stress,is insane!I was born in Albania Europe,and lived in Italy,no traveling,i had same job for last 10 years i dont know why so long,and they never asked for any doc!Is so frustrating!Thank you for your reply,good luck

I would call them in the morning the west side is not up yet and is not that high volume of calls!Press 3 than 4 than 0 you will go straight to queue!

The only time I ever get through to them is if I call at 8:30 am sharp. Go by your local time zone. I live in BC and this works for me. No luck at any other time of the day.

You have to call at the time they just sit down and begin their work, which means Eastern Time 8:00 A.M, dial the number @ 7:58 AM, because those automatic nonsense will takes a few minutes.
