You will still get a direct ITA with CRS 435 if the CRS cutoff goes below that even if you have applied for OINP.

Technically it does not matter if you did distance learning, weekend learning or workdays attendance. What matters is how is it assessed in your ECA.

So, if WES mentions one-year part-time diploma in my ECA, will I get the points for it? Or only full-time diploma will get me points?

part time courses are generally not recognised by WES. telling you from personal experience, don't risk relying on that please

People like me @ 435, do we stand a chance getting an ITA before end of march?

Based on the current trend of 3000 ITAs with 2-week gap draws, it is almost impossible to get ITA with CRS 435 before end of March. With few 1-week gap draws, it is possible though.

in case i get ITA without accompanying my spouse, can i get visitor visa for her till she gets PR?
that also means i have to mention in my application that spouse will not accompany, but i intend to call her as soon as i get a job.
is that fair cause and acceptable by CIC?
btw, we are sitting at 439 in combined application, if i apply solo my score is 456.

With CRS 439, you should sit tight and wait. 3-4 draws with the current trend (3000 ITAs, 2-week gap draws) is all that it takes to get you an ITA.
