What landing date are they processing right now? Landed dec 15 still zero update...

Same here! Each time we call for updates they say it is still in process. It seems as though people who landed after Dec 15 are getting approved

After providing my address last Wednesday, card approved today, Landed Dec 15.

Probably would have been approved before but they did not have an address for some reason?

I provided it at the moment of landing at the airport, actually my address NEVER CHANGED but I guess the officer who completed my landing process did not put it in my PR card application??

The officer from the call center said she had my address ON FILE but not IN THE APPLICATION, BEWARE!!

Another tip for anyone linking their application

After trying to replace comma by a space as someone suggested (that did not work)
Tried to replace comma for a "/" as someone suggested (that did not work)

I got it linked after asking exactly how it was spelled in my file and it results it was spelled this way:

Chicago, Illinois meaning when I would enter it in all caps it would fail to find the application
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS=WRONG
Chicago, Illinois=correct

So if you are always trying to search it in all caps, stop and try to capitalize just the first letter of the city and province, same goes for your last name!

NAME=WRONG
Name=correct

In my case this worked because that was the way the officer wrote everything, some officers write everything in all caps others just capitalize the first letter and I suppose others don't capitalize at all??

The searches are case sensitive, CIC should change this but well that's the way it is!

Yeah that' why I'm a bit worried. Hope our photos are fine then expect approved by end of next week.

I can't check online status as I went through some law firm to process my application
Can I call cic with uci number and check the status of the application?
What is the expected date for PR card approval.

PPR - October 13 (or somewhere close)
Landing - February 3rd 2018.

The officer told the card will be delivered within 3 months. Have left Canada for now. Hopefully I don't have to enter Canada before I get the card.

However, I do not think I provided them any photos at the time except for the one which were there on COPR.

Just to let you know, I believe the submission date on CIC account is the date you linked the application to your account. I don't believe that is the actual application submission date. The actual submission date should be the day you landed.

I've landed on the 3rd of January 2018 and have received 0 updates. I also tried linking the application online several times but with no success.

How are you guys getting updates from CIC? For example, in case my pictures need to be resent. Is there a number I can call?

What is the error you are getting while linking the application? Most common error is the place of birth where we need to add our state along with the city and it should be typed in the following format:- city, state. For ex. Mumbai, Maharashtra

Click on the PR card application's 'view submitted application' tab. Once there, you'll se on the top the application date which will be the date you actually landed. So it should be Jan 15 in your case.
